3-axis control consisting of the servo-driven 2-axis Multi-Pacer and the servo-driven single-axis blank feeder.
The feed stroke, lift stroke, conveyance speed, and the conveyance motion can be changed to achieve the best conveyance pattern for the product in question.
The clampers can be clamped and unclamped in a one-touch operation using a selector switch.(Offered as an option.)
Because sequential starting and stopping is possible, it is not necessary to set up workpieces at each stage.
It is possible to operate the press and the Multi-Pacer in continuous mode using the Press Master mode.
The databank can store up to 50 conveyance patterns.These are displayed in an onscreen list for easy selection during operation.
The data input method is a teaching method that enables you to input data while viewing the HMI display for each robot.
