AIDA ENGINEERING, LTD. offers two distinct 'feed' and 'transfer' product lines that consist of peripheral automation systems and equipment for presses such as coil feeders, blank feeders, press-to-press transfer equipment and product stacking equipment, automated systems and peripheral equipment for the transfer of workpieces in a press line, and the controls and electronic equipment required to operate this equipment.
Includes equipment that feeds coil material to a press as it corrects the 'coil set' of the coil material, equipment that arranges and stacks blanked materials, and electrical wire cutting equipment that pays out and cuts wires in specified lengths and then coils the cut wire.
LF Series
Straightener feeder-type coil feeders that remove 'coil set' from coil material loaded on uncoilers before feeding the material into a press.
Large LF Series
Straightener-type coil feeders that remove 'coil set' from wide and thick coil material before feeding it into a press.
F Series
Equipment that feeds coil material to a press after it has passed through a straightener to remove 'coil set.'Our product lineup consists of three feeder types that accommodate different coil material widths.
L Series
Coil feeders consisting of combination uncoiler and straightener units that remove 'coil set' from coil material loaded on an uncoiler and feed it to a feeder.
Custom Coil Lines
Coil feeders equipped with a loop table and that remove 'coil set' from coiled material before feeding the material into a press.
Pilers & Product Conveyors
Equipment that removes press-formed blanks, etc., from a press and then stacks them.
Electrical Wire Cutters
Equipment that unwinds electrical wire from a drum, measures and cuts it to desired lengths, then coils it up.
